Returns


WWIB come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for major failure for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the lashes repaired or replaced if they fail to be acceptable quality.


Without limiting the foregoing, if an item you receive is defective or incorrect, we will replace it with a non-defective item or provide you with a refund of the cost of the item, provided that:

  • You contact us at wwibetter@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving the item, citing your order number and identifying the defect.

    You return the item within 7 days of contacting us. You are responsible for the costs of returning goods to us. Any goods returned are your responsibility until they reach us at WWIB. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the goods or boxes. We are not responsible for any goods that are returned to us in error. We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning. Please send your returned goods to: Who Wore It Better.

Refunds will only be made to original payment method. For refunds requested over 60 days of completing a payment, a credit voucher will be given in place of refund.
